Bhubaneswar: Apex industry body of Odisha Utkal Chamber of Commerce & Industry Ltd (UCCI) has bode farewell to the outgoing (retd.) Chief Secretary Gokul Chandra Pati in its premises here on Thursday.

Ramesh Mahapatra, President, UCCI applauded the industry-friendly efforts of Pati in his welcome address.

\r\n

Bramhananda Mishra, Member, E.C, UCCI introduced the guests on the dais. S. Jagdev, Vice-President (Industry), Debabrata Dash, Ex. Hon. Secretary, UCCI, M.V. Rao, Past President, UCCI, Rabindra Nath Panigrahi, Ex. Treasurer, UCCI, Sanjeev Mahapatra, Member, E.C, UCCI & Manikant Nayak, Chief Resident Executive, Tata Steel & Member E.C., UCCI commemorated their personal experiences with Mr. G.C. Pati as well as his dedication and noble effort towards the development and blooming of the Industries in the State. The dignitaries also hailed his contribution towards the formation of Industrial Policy Resolution 2015.

The session concluded with presentation of mementos to the Guests by President. R. Balakrishnan, IAS, Addl. Chief Secretary & D.C. Govt. of Odisha and Bishnupada Sethi, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Fisheries & ARD Department, Govt. of Odisha were the other dignitaries who graced the farewell session with their presence.
