Cuttack, 6th April 2016: A free health camp for senior citizens was organised by Police Commissionerate in collaboration with regional Red Cross branch at Sahid Bhawan, Cuttack where more than 1000 senior citizens participated.

Senior doctors from SCB medical college and Johns eye hospital conducted the camp. Doctors of different specialised departments like Orthopaedics, Diabetics, Geriatric, Medicine, Eye Surgery and skin besides, Ayush doctors from different disciplines like Ayurvedic, Homeopathy and herbal medicines also participated in the camp.

Free medicines were distributed to needy participants along with free blood sugar check-up and bone density test.
\r\n
The senior citizens also suggested different measures for their security and better policing to the officials of the Commissionerate during the event.
