AP Bureau.\r\nBhubaneswar, 11 April 2015: Commissionerate police on Saturday nabbed a highly professional gang of criminals and seized Rs 20.72 lakhs cash along with one new Toyata Etios car, one Mahindra Scorpio, four mobile phones and 200 numbers of duplicate gold biscuits, according to an official release. The total worth of properties seized has been estimated to be around Rs 35 lakhs.\r\n
A team led by special squad inspector Anup Kumar Kanungo and Rajat Kumar Roy IIC Laxmisagar PS conducted different raids in and outside Odisha to catchhold the culprits.

The investigation was conducted on complaint of Sambit Kumar Sahoo of Banamalipur under Balipatna PS, reported at Laxmisagar PS [Case No. 80 dtd 28.03.2015 under Sec 420 IPC].
\r\nFurther investigations relating to involvement of other accused persons, seizure of rest of the cheated amount, and previous involvement of the culprits are continuing.
