Bhubaneswar, 19th Nov 2015: Canara Bank celebrated its 110th foundation day, commemorating the birthday of the Great Visionary Founder of Canara Bank, late Amembal Subbarao Pai on Thursday.

\r\n

A blood donation camp was organised by Canara bank Circle Office on the occasion. Also a customer meet was arranged at branch level. Customers were invited to share their views in making banking services more friendly and their expectation from bank. The session was discussion based and customers were elated for being part of such sessions. The new banking technological products were explained to customers and how those could be beneficial in doing almost all banking transactions from home. Also CSR activities done by bank were discussed.

“It was a special day for IRC village branch as the founders’ day of the bank also coincides with the opening day of our branch,” the Branch In Charge said.
