December 30, 2020: “ASTHA AVISHEK 2020”, the induction program for the 180 newly admitted MBA students of ASTHA School of Management for the academic session 2020 – 21 was held on 30 December 2020 through virtual platform.

Sri Debendranath Sarangi (IAS), Retired Chief Secretary, Govt. of Tamil Nadu addressing the virtual congregation as Chief Guest, captivated everybody with his amazing deliberation on leading a purposeful and prosperous life. Dr. RKS Mangesh Dash, Advisor & Cofounder, TWARAN, gracing the virtual ceremony as Guest of Honour, accentuated the value of time and discipline in order to be successful. The Expert Speaker of the program, Dr. Ashok Mangaraj, Director, Brainstain motivated the young audience with his beautiful quotes and anecdotes.

Dr. Bankim Mohanty, Secretary, ASTHA School of Management delivered the Welcome Address and wished success to all the new students. Prof. (Dr.) Sharmila Subramanian, Principal presented the Annual Report of the institute. Astha Darpan (Volume VIII) – the annual newsletter of the institute was unveiled with lots of fanfare by Rotarian Bijay Kumar Patra, Chairman of the institute amidst virtually present trustees, guests, and students. Dr. Trilochan Nayak, Director–Corporate Affairs, provided the Vote of Thanks. Prof. Sabyasachi Pradhan, Prof. Abhipsa Mishra, Prof. Amita Panda and Md Asif Khan coordinated the entire online program.
